This role supports a pioneering AI research project focused on improving how AI systems understand and perform real-world tasks.

• Design realistic prompts related to mold inspection, treatment, and remediation
• Execute real-world tasks while recording your screen and workflow
• Demonstrate how experts approach practical mold-related problems
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess AI system performance on these tasks
• Help AI systems better understand complex real-world scenarios

Qualifications

• Professional experience in mold remediation, inspection, environmental health, or building maintenance
• Practical experience dealing with mold identification and treatment processes
• Ability to clearly explain real-world workflows and decision-making processes
• Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and complete structured research tasks

Requirements

• Experience in environmental inspection or remediation services
• Familiarity with documenting technical procedures or workflows
