Job Description

• Own the end-to-end new hire process from offer acceptance through the first 90 days • Administer offer letters, employment agreements, CIAA, consent/release forms • Conduct background checks and reference checks • Create and manage Notion onboarding checklists • Set up Boulder platform accounts • Partner with managers to prepare for new hire onboarding • Facilitate new hire orientations • Support employee lifecycle changes within Rippling, Lattice, and employee files • Submit and track hardware requests • Partner with the People team to maintain accurate and up-to-date data across all HR systems • Support documentation administration for 30/60/90-day new hire reviews • Complete and verify employee I-9s • Maintain compliant and accurate personnel files • Serve as primary point of contact for external employment verifications • Provide support for employee inquiries and general People Ops questions • Serve as a responsive and trusted People Operations resource for employees and managers • Support a positive and consistent employee experience across the organization • Collaborate with the People team on culture and engagement initiatives to help make Boulder a great place to work • Support monthly All Hands content from the People team (e.g., new hire introductions, anniversaries, employee changes) • Contribute to cross-functional partnerships that strengthen connection, communication, and engagement

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, People Operations, office coordination, or a related administrative role
  • Experience with G-Suite and Slack
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented; able to partner effectively across teams while delivering a high level of service to employees and managers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills appropriate to the role
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment
  • Ability to maintain composure and adaptability under changing priorities
