Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: Position Overview The TEKsystems Global Service (TGS) delivery function is an important role in the TGS Capacity Services organization. This function supports staffing business by managing operational activities outside of sales and business development functions. The delivery function varies in responsibility by each account, but a successful delivery team member is responsible for common activities such as consultant management, reporting, and metrics to support the consultant activities and issue resolution. The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive, as each account will state their unique requirements in the SOW or as defined with the Account Team at project start. Below are key responsibilities of the Delivery Lead: Responsibilities: • Solution Delivery o Ensure understanding of project vision as defined by customer business and technical requirements o Understand SOW’s/MSA’s and importance of meeting deliverables/expectations of the client o Collaborate with Account Managers, managing project scope and delivering according to the terms and conditions of our contracts o Manage revenue tracker for assigned engagement(s) o Consolidate project status and budget information across project(s) and/or portfolio of projects o Consolidate and provide project reporting regarding resources, financials, or as requested by client via Monthly or Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR’s/QBR’s) o Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties o Understand escalation protocol between Consultants, Client Managers, Account Manager, and Delivery Manager o Understand timekeeping processes and ensure consultants are entering their time correctly and on time • Account Management o Perform periodic customer, project, and solution “health checks” with client project teams o Maintain client relationship and ensure a high level of client satisfaction o Participate in Account Strategy with internal stakeholders • Management Responsibilities o Develop and maintain project related documentation including processes, tools and procedures in accordance with the Capacity Methodology Life Cycle (CMLC) o Understand and manage customer requirements (deliverables) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction o Maintain project artifacts on provided SharePoint site o Ensure Global Delivery Portal (GDP) is updated on a weekly basis o Ensure Human Resources and Information Security policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to Client and TEKsystems policies o Support of other projects and/or delivery team members as requested • Resource Management o Communicate and/or track consultant requirement details as requested o Responsible for on-boarding/off-boarding of project consultants o Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings with consultants to provide performance feedback and address any roadblocks o Performance tracking and reporting as requested o Extract value from resources with ability to articulate and communicate consultant value to TEKsystems Client Requisite Abilities and/or Skills: • Collaborates by building partnership and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives • Communicates effectively with multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences • Instills trust by gaining confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity • Action oriented by taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm • Ensures accountability by holding self and others accountable to meet commitments • Manages ambiguity by operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear • Plans and aligns work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals • Customer focus by building strong customer relationship and delivering customer-centric solutions Qualifications Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven experience in Staffing and/or IT environment with understanding of IT environment and business acumen • Intermediate to advanced proven experience with both Excel, SharePoint, and Teams • Financial management and reporting experience Other Requirements: • Understanding and adhering to TEKsystems core values • IT Recruiting or Sales background is preferred • This role may require light travel • Personnel management or supervisor level experience a plus • Other duties as requested

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
