Role Description
ENTACT is actively seeking an experienced Field Project Manager (Superintendent) in the environmental remediation and geotechnical construction industry.
The position of Field Project Manager will assume the pivotal role of overseeing all on-site project operations, meticulously ensuring that projects are executed with the utmost focus and adherence to safety, schedule, budget, and site plans. This individual will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, adept time management skills, and a “lead from the front” attitude.
- Coordinate a diverse team of craft employees including equipment operators, laborers, subcontractors, and mechanics.
- Open to sustained project-based travel within the US, at least 80% of the time.
- HAZWOPER training is highly preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license with no driving restrictions which interfere with job requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple aspects of large-scale environmental projects and services.
- Exposure to and familiarity with various technical knowledge areas is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Ability to utilize a computer and associated software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to conduct onsite meetings with clients, subcontractors, and personnel.
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs related to documentation, including plans, specifications, budget, safety policies, and HR policies.
