Job summary

Valimail, a DigiCert company, is helping build a more trusted digital world—starting with email. Valimail is a leader in Email Authentication as a Service. Built on open standards such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF, Valimail pioneered automated email authentication to protect organizations from impersonation and fraud. Together, Valimail and DigiCert deliver scalable, automated trust—helping organizations operate securely today while preparing for what’s next.

If you’re excited about building meaningful security technology, shaping new categories, and working at the intersection of innovation and global impact, Valimail offers the opportunity to do exactly that.

Valimail is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate across teams to develop audience segmentation, build nurture programs, and test performance to continuously improve campaign results.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation, with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Frequently cited statistics show that women and underrepresented classes will only apply to roles if they feel they meet 100% of the qualifications. At Valimail, we encourage you to break through that statistic. Roles evolve over time, especially with innovation, and you may be just the person we need in the future. NO ONE ever meets 100% of the qualifications. We hope you're open to learning new skills in order to grow with us. Make our team, your team!

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
  • Build and manage automated email nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel and convert to opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to define segmentation strategies, track performance, and report on outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to align messaging, creative, and campaign strategy with company goals.
  • Create testing and optimization frameworks to improve email performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Build and manage website pages and programs to drive conversions.
  • Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and project timelines across internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance, share insights, and recommend actionable optimizations.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and outreach strategies.

What you will have

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven experience creating and optimizing email nurture campaigns (Marketo experience strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a testing-first mindset.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect and buyer pain points.
  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to ABM campaigns or working with intent data platforms.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental, + vision coverage
  • Six weeks of paid parental leave for all parents, and an additional 6 weeks for parents giving birth
  • Remote First Company, you can work anywhere within the US
  • Unlimited and flexible PTO. We believe balanced, happy, relaxed people do better work
