Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans. • Build and maintain automated test suites using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), Selenium, or equivalent tools. • Execute parallel payroll validation testing. • Perform Section 508 accessibility testing. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with agency stakeholders. • Design and execute performance and load testing. • Implement defect management processes using JIRA or equivalent tools. • Test integration interfaces with various federal systems. • Validate Oracle quarterly update deployments. • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies. • Develop and maintain test documentation.

Job Requirements

T3 – Bachelor's degree + 4 years of professional software quality assurance /test engineering experience and 3+ years hand on experience with test automation frameworks.
T4 – Bachelor's degree + 6 years of professional software quality assurance /test engineering experience and 5+ years hand on experience with test automation frameworks.
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework
Understanding of Agile testing practices and continuous testing concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required).
