Job Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives centered around Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring our internal tooling and customer experiences are optimized, scalable, and innovative. • Lead the exploration of AI capabilities within the service ecosystem. Rapidly prototype, test, and validate AI-driven features that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. • Utilize strong analytical skills to gather insights, define KPIs, and measure product success. Translate complex data into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable business value. • Act as the strategic linchpin between Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership. Masterfully communicate product vision, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across diverse teams without direct authority. • Write clear, concise user stories, manage the product backlog, and partner closely with engineering squads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product increments. • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and user feedback to ensure WEX remains at the cutting edge of service technology.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience building, optimizing, or managing products within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proven AI skills, specifically focused on product discovery, defining AI use cases, and rapid prototyping.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to align, influence, and negotiate with cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • A deeply analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions, build business cases, and track product performance.
  • Experience in the FinTech, B2B SaaS, or global payments industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and standard product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant).

Benefits

  • Top-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and 401(k) match.
  • Paid time off (PTO), paid parental leave, and flexible/hybrid working arrangements to support your work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, tuition reimbursement, and access to learning platforms.
  • Active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and dedicated volunteer days to give back to the communities where we live and work.
