Job Description
Role Description
The Associate Vice President, Marketing is responsible for the development and deployment of integrated marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives for Ensemble Health Partners. The AVP will play a critical leadership role in developing and leading Ensemble’s go-to-market strategy, reinforce our value proposition, identify and engage target audiences, and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Spearhead the development of internal and external marketing strategies, including product positioning and naming, target audience(s), collateral development, launch timing, and channel approach.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing, aimed at a wide range of prospective audiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing function including budgeting, planning, and staff development, and as needed supervise contracted marketing projects and manage relationships with associated vendors/agencies.
- Develop and manage a marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and align with department objectives.
- Ensure high-quality KPIs are set and employed to gauge the effectiveness of marketing across the organization in meeting Ensemble’s brand and marketing goals, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to refine Ensemble’s value proposition across solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and competitor activity in digital marketing to ensure Ensemble is at the forefront of innovation in its overall marketing efforts.
- Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct quarterly/annual performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that emphasizes learning and a commitment to excellence through a supportive and collaborative approach.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of Ensemble’s company and departmental objectives.
