Job Description
Role Description
The Vendor Analyst plays a crucial role overseeing partner relationships. This position involves managing 3rd party partner relationship(s), ensuring a seamless and open line of communication/exchange of information, and contributing to the optimization of the operation workflows within the organization.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendor(s) to facilitate effective communications, collaboration, and alignments with operational goals.
- Serve as primary POC for general partner inquiries, issues, and escalations – ensuring timely resolutions.
- Monitor partner performance metrics / KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance gaps and/or make recommendation to senior leadership for any corrective items.
- Assist partner with the onboarding/offboarding of new personal (profile set up, scheduling, etc).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret vendor-related data, including performance metrics.
- Review daily reports and dashboard to provide insight into partner performance – helping to identify opportunities for process/operational improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, communications, and performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations support, account management, or related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Problem solving skills to address issues and recommend process improvements
- Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international); valid passport required
- Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
- Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.

- Compensation Information: The salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,500 annually.
