Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on new business development.
- Experience in construction technology, heavy equipment, GPS/GNSS, machine control, or related industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, territory growth, and closing complex equipment or technology sales.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting jobsite visits and field demonstrations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed performance targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
