Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in subjects such as environmental science, engineering, climate change, sustainability, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of diverse professional experience in managing large-scale programs for Fortune 100 corporations
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, online software platforms
- Expert understanding of relevant standards from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
- Expert understanding of The GHG Protocol, CDP, and TCFD
- Advanced expertise in Net Zero program management in real estate including strategic planning, transaction management, project/construction management, and facilities management
- Proven record in sustainability program execution/delivery under tight timelines
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience making presentations to clients and their stakeholders
