Role Description
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager I, you are responsible for impacting customer acquisition through HCP products by building and executing targeted growth plans. You bring an analytical, growth-focused mindset and leverage user insights and experimentation to develop and optimize customer marketing strategies that drive revenue.
- Impact velocity of customer acquisition by bringing new solutions to market
- Develop solution adoption and product growth plans using customer, opportunity, and revenue analysis
- Partner with product and marketing teams to convert casual users to power users
- Develop customer-focused product messaging and positioning across multiple channels (i.e. email, social media, video, website)
- Implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings and features
- Conduct and support customer research, A/B testing, and launch execution
- Create an experimentation engine for messaging, packaging, channel, and cohort tests
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to generate insights about usage rates
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact marketing assets
- Recommend improvements to departmental strategies and team processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing
- Experience bringing B2B SaaS platforms and services to market
- Strong understanding of Product Led Growth (PLG) go-to-market strategies and levers
- Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Experience with small business owners or home service business trades preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with analytics and growth tools (i.e. Google Analytics, SQL, Salesforce)
