Role Description
CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support the transformation of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The desired candidate will be a servant leader, but also someone who can facilitate and drive change and collaboration at enterprise scale.
- Work collaboratively with Senior delivery team leadership to mature processes and drive consistency using the CACI ASF/scaled agile model
- Drive adoption and adherence to agile best practices as aligned to the contract model
- Conduct assessments of Agile team health and maturity
- Make recommendations on process and tooling improvements
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for disparate ARTs and teams
- Support development and maintenance of performance monitoring capabilities across teams, ensuring our ability to govern the work and adhere to contract standards
- Liaison with RTEs, architects, and other stakeholders; fostering quality communication between disciplines
- Strengthen the presence of the team within the Agile communities of practice and actively contribute to the organization’s Agile Community
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven (7) years of related experience
- Advanced SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or other relevant Scaled Agile Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

- Experience in deployment and configuration of Jira or other Agile work management tools, including process alignment
- Experience supporting enterprise level Federal government projects
- Experience supporting modernization and cloud initiatives
- Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
- Experience with CACI Agile Solution Factory (ASF) framework and delivery model
