Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience as an advanced Salesforce Administrator
- Good understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features.
- Experience in contact center CRM integrations and database management.
- Hands-on CRM implementation, administration, maintenance, and optimization experience with a leading CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Certification in Salesforce Administration II, Service Cloud, and Business Analysis is a plus.
