• Conduct comprehensive credit reviews, including bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, and merchant/owner credit profiles • Identify, assess, and resolve risk flags to determine creditworthiness and sources of repayment • Apply underwriting judgment consistently within established credit policies • Perform business due diligence using internal tools and third-party data sources to identify fraud or misrepresentation • Execute risk-based pricing decisions aligned with portfolio performance goals and market conditions • Collaborate with Sales, ISOs, and internal teams to communicate decisions clearly and professionally • Manage competing priorities to meet service-level expectations • Monitor industry trends and emerging risks, recommending improvements to policies, processes, or tools
