• Serve as the primary IT and transformation liaison between the Company and partner health systems • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders • Translate enterprise strategy into partner-specific execution plans • Collaborate with the Transformation Office to establish program governance frameworks • Partner closely with the Transformation Office and PMO to design and implement program governance frameworks • Drive disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives • Manage program financials including budget development and ROI reporting • Drive change management initiatives and lead end-to-end change management strategies • Ensure risk and compliance alignment
