Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of product management experience, working with AI systems, data platforms, or ML teams.
- You’ve implemented agentic AI systems and understand how to evaluate nondeterministic products.
- You have built full stack products and know how to best leverage AI prototyping and coding tools to learn faster.
- Best idea wins mentality - you foster debate and drive your team to focus on the most impactful outcomes.
- Data fluency - quantitative rigor and logic are foundational to how you work. You regularly use SQL et al. to inform your decisions and measure success. You have built algorithm-based products.
- Strong writing and communication skills - you write clear, persuasive PRDs, vision docs, and detailed execution plans. You keep stakeholders bought in and influence senior stakeholders
- Scalability & Performance Optimization - experience in identifying, measuring, and addressing performance bottlenecks in data systems and designing scalable platforms.
- Growth mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
