Job Description
Role Description
This role involves managing enterprise-level accounts to grow revenue through sales of First Advantage products and solutions within a small number of named accounts in the Staffing Vertical.
- Develop and maintain strategic account management plans
- Track revenue trends and upsell opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
- Identify additional products or solutions First Advantage can provide
- Demonstrate understanding of First Advantage pricing and procedures
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews
- Document and manage all action/project plans for assigned client base
- Analyze trends and make recommendations on customer programs
- Update and maintain knowledge of customers’ background screening programs
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Manage customer contractual documentation
- Host cadence client calls to nurture account relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred)
- 7+ years’ proven experience in sales account management
- Familiarity with Staffing, BPO and/or RPO industries helpful
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Lookr Analytics and PowerBI helpful
- Salesforce use and familiarity in tracking client information helpful
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated networking capabilities
- Ability to navigate large organizations and build strong internal partnerships

- This position requires travel, including overnight travel with up to 20% travel requirements
