Role Description

This role involves managing enterprise-level accounts to grow revenue through sales of First Advantage products and solutions within a small number of named accounts in the Staffing Vertical.

  • Develop and maintain strategic account management plans
  • Track revenue trends and upsell opportunities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Identify additional products or solutions First Advantage can provide
  • Demonstrate understanding of First Advantage pricing and procedures
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews
  • Document and manage all action/project plans for assigned client base
  • Analyze trends and make recommendations on customer programs
  • Update and maintain knowledge of customers’ background screening programs
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Manage customer contractual documentation
  • Host cadence client calls to nurture account relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred)
  • 7+ years’ proven experience in sales account management
  • Familiarity with Staffing, BPO and/or RPO industries helpful
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Lookr Analytics and PowerBI helpful
  • Salesforce use and familiarity in tracking client information helpful
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build strong internal partnerships

  • This position requires travel, including overnight travel with up to 20% travel requirements
