Role Description

As part of our client services team, you’ll play a key role in guiding families through important financial decisions. You’ll help clients understand their coverage options, address their concerns, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. This role goes beyond administration—it’s about building trust, simplifying complex information, and delivering an experience that clients value long-term.

  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Review and explain benefit options, coverage updates, and claims processes
  • Present information in a clear, confident, and easy-to-follow manner
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance the client journey
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for service-related inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms and digital systems
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational habits
  • Background in customer service or insurance is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada
