Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat • Respond to inquiries regarding services, processes, and transactions • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about properties, appointments, documentation, or next steps • Process transactions, requests, or updates in internal systems • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
