Job Description

• Responsible for obtaining, redacting, and saving all documentation submitted to or from E-Oscar in the course of an electronic dispute investigation. • Provide daily reporting from E-Oscar for creation of Automated Credit Dispute Verification (“ACDV”) tasks. • Maintain and oversee the monthly loan liquidation report handled by the credit team to ensure accuracy and final credit reporting to the credit bureaus. • Create tasks for processing by credit team, and completion of the document retention for all processed credit corrections • Preforms general administrative tasks along with Personal Verification Searches for the Credit Team. • Monitor department email in-box and route internal credit requests to the appropriate party for correction • Adhere to established department and company policies and procedures • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite of applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.) • Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information • Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions • Ability to apply common sense in performing job • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on a daily basis • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. College education preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage banking, and/or financial industry experience required.
