Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our MNVO sales strategy and execution. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while building long-term client relationships in the highly competitive payment processing industry.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on MVNO’s in the US.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand Vesta business within existing accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their needs and deliver tailored payment solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fintech or payment processing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the payments industry.
  • Deep understanding of MVNO and MNO’s selection and procurement process.
  • Good understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, and financial ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io).
