This role involves driving growth across Stayntouch’s enterprise and multi-property segments.
- Own the full sales cycle for large, complex hotel groups
- Identify and target high-value clients
- Cultivate executive-level relationships
- Shape custom commercial proposals
- Steer strategic deals from discovery through close
- Translate Stayntouch’s capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Work as a consultative partner to hotel ownership groups, management companies, and brand-level decision makers
- Achieve strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking
- Deliver tailored solutions in partnership with internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Head of Sales to execute and refine Stayntouch’s enterprise strategy
- Build, prioritize, and manage a robust pipeline across your assigned territory
- Proactively identify and win new enterprise prospects
- Navigate multiple stakeholders and complex decision cycles
- Consistently achieve new-logo targets, pipeline coverage goals, and sales activity metrics
- Develop tailored proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation for opportunities, forecasts, and key account details
- Deeply understand Stayntouch’s platform, industry trends, and competitive positioning
- Travel as needed to prospect, present, attend conferences, and strengthen key relationships
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hospitality technology or SaaS sales experience
- Strong network of decision-maker relationships across North America
- Experience selling PMS or other hotel operations platforms preferred
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a strategic/enterprise sales capacity
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Innate curiosity and commitment to understanding customer needs
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong interpersonal EQ - able to build trust internally and externally
