As a Strategy & Operations Health Plan Director, you will play a key role in leading and scaling our practice within a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment. You will be a highly visible leader on a team that is passionate about improving healthcare performance and enhancing patient care. In this role, you will provide oversight and governance for sold and managed client engagements, maintain awareness of industry best practices and key business levers across your client portfolio, and ensure consistent delivery quality. You will manage and mentor diverse project teams, oversee staffing and utilization, and support the development of high-performing teams within a rapidly growing division of Impact Advisors.
With a strong focus on business development and delivery, you will forge and expand client relationships, drive new opportunities, and support the creation of statements of work by applying the right tools, insights, and subject matter expertise. You will hold revenue responsibility aligned with individual, practice, and firm-wide goals, while also contributing to the development of internal programs, methodologies, and future leaders. As a Director, you will exemplify Impact Advisors’ culture and values—making a meaningful impact every day.

About You:
12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, with demonstrated leadership at the Director, Principal, or equivalent level
Proven experience leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong background in strategy, operations, and performance improvement within healthcare organizations.
A trusted client partner who anticipates needs and delivers tailored solutions, engaging, guiding, and inspiring healthcare leaders to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
An inspirational practice leader who motivates, develops, and aligns team members to firm goals through a culture of accountability, growth, and personal achievement.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar) preferred
Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
Authorized to work in the US
