Role Description

Now seeking a few ambitious & driven individuals to step into a part time leadership role. We are looking for candidates who want to make a positive impact in our communities. As a part of our team, you will be working to solve one of the world's most pressing issues: financial illiteracy.

This position is 100% remote and we provide online tools and training in-house. For this reason, no prior financial work experience is required. We are committed to onboarding those with a strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, desire to grow and entrepreneurial spirit more than anything else.

• As an Associate, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction.
• You will interact with clients & associates you are personally responsible for on an ongoing basis, providing the support needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Associates share financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning to help clients and business owners progress financially.
• You will work with clients to develop customized financial plans that fit their unique needs and goals.
• You will have the ability to help them understand their financial situation and provide expert advice on how to improve it.
• From budgeting and debt reduction to investing and retirement planning, you will be there every step of the way to guide and support your clients.
• You will be challenged to think creatively and work collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for making a difference.
• Your ideas and contributions will be valued and recognized, and you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer service, leadership and management backgrounds are preferred
• Must pass a background check
• 18 Years or older
• U.S. citizen
• Training/Coaching included
• Personally customized scheduling
• Financial skills/knowledge not required
• Leadership development
• Entrepreneurially-minded + Self-motivated
• Education/Coaching/Military backgrounds are a great fit!
• Must have a drive, passion and desire to help people!
