Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Health Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven ability to effectively operate at the intersection of mission strategy, health policy development and regulatory guidance, data analytics, and operations with a focus on cultivating a future-ready state.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytic methods and practical knowledge of GenAI-enabled workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and work collaboratively within cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
