Role Description
This role involves providing support to clients for a variety of technology-related issues. You will be responsible for:
- Managing hardware deployed at client locations: payment terminals, routers, servers, network devices, kiosks, etc.
- Improving the client experience with Grant Street Group products, including network optimization guidance and technology assistance.
- Establishing relationships with the client’s IT staff to consult on hardware, software, and security.
- Supporting employees with laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and applications.
- Supporting annual client conferences.
- Working closely with product owners, business analysts, and system administrators.
You will interact with customers and colleagues in person or by chat, help tickets, email, or phone. This position requires 20-30% travel to client locations, with the remainder of the time working from home. This position is open to US-based applicants located in California.
