Job Description

JOIN THE WORLD LEADER IN LONGEVITY MEDICINE
People are done waiting to get sick before getting care. They want to understand their bodies, take control of how they feel, and actually invest in how long and how well they live. The system wasn't built for that. We are.

Over the next decade, more than one trillion dollars will shift away from traditional sick-care toward proactive, personalized health programs. Lifeforce is leading that shift as the world's largest longevity medicine program, and we're just getting started.

Founded alongside clinical and scientific leaders from Cleveland Clinic, Mass General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School, we bring together everything it takes to help people truly understand and optimize how their bodies are functioning now and decades from now. Comprehensive diagnostics, hands-on clinical experts, certified health coaches, and customized supplement, pharmaceutical, and lifestyle protocols. All from home. At the price of a gym membership.

We're looking for a Director of Product who wants to drive execution and delivery on what comes next.

This is a hands-on role driving execution and delivery across our digital health platform. You'll own critical product initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with engineering, clinical, operations, and growth teams. It's a player-coach position that demands deep day-to-day involvement alongside strategic input and mentorship.

If you thrive in early-stage environments, love being in the weeds, and want to build transformational products at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and consumer experience, this one's for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own end-to-end product development for key initiatives, from ideation through launch and iteration
    • Break down complex projects into development-ready epics and user stories in collaboration with engineering
    • Drive predictable delivery by managing scope, timelines, and resources across cross-functional teams
    • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure teams stay unblocked and aligned
    • Ship high-quality product features that directly impact member experience and business outcomes
    • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
    • Partner closely with the Director of Engineering to sequence work and make trade-off decisions
    • Collaborate with clinical, operations, growth, and member experience teams to gather requirements and validate solutions
    • Facilitate alignment across departments on product priorities and roadmap sequencing
    • Communicate product status, blockers, and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders
    • PRODUCT STRATEGY & PLANNING
    • Contribute to quarterly and annual product planning processes
    • Develop business cases for new product initiatives using data, customer insights, and competitive analysis
    • Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives and track performance post-launch
    • Identify opportunities to improve membership unit economics, including activation, engagement, retention, and churn
    • CUSTOMER MARKET & FOCUS
    • Deeply understand member needs, pain points, and behaviors through research, data analysis, and direct customer interaction
    • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on digital health and health tech trends
    • Leverage insights from the member journey to inform product decisions and prioritization
    • Partner with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and validate product hypotheses
    • OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
    • Implement and maintain product management best practices, processes, and rituals
    • Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure clear tracking of product outcomes
    • Optimize workflows to maximize team velocity and impact
    • Identify and resolve friction points across the member lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, renewal)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2-3 years in senior product roles
    • Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or adjacent regulated industries (e.g., wellness, telemedicine, consumer health)
    • Proven track record of shipping successful products from 0-1 or through significant growth phases
    • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams
    • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments with limited resources
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
