Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Contract Recruiter with at least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple departments.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referral channels, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Utilize AI tools to enhance job descriptions, sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, and screening efficiency
- Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills and experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience working with an ATS (JobScore preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred
Requirements
- Experience supporting global or multi-state hiring
- Data-driven mindset with comfort reporting on recruiting metrics
- Experience working in a PE-backed or fast-scaling organization
- Knowledge of employment compliance requirements
