Job Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions • Ensure system optimization and alignment with industry best practices • Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and promote industry best practices • Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements • Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training programs • Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues

Job Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing role
Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.)
Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment)
Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
