• Own product outcomes from problem discovery to shipped product to revenue impact. • Translate customer, sales, and market inputs into clear, technically actionable requirements. • Partner tightly with engineering to define scope, tradeoffs, and sequencing. • Actively use AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, copilots, internal agents) to prototype workflows and features. • Validate technical approaches early. • Drive fast feedback loops using MVPs, experiments, and real customer usage. • Align roadmap priorities to ARR growth, retention, and expansion opportunities. • Serve as a strong technical voice in product discussions with leadership, sales, and customers.
