Job Description

• Lead and execute inventory management initiatives across multiple global Drug Substance Division sites • Define and maintain the division’s inventory strategy and operational roadmap • Partner with Finance to establish inventory targets, performance metrics, and governance processes • Drive global process standardization and implementation of inventory control best practices • Design and optimize inventory structures to support business growth and scalability • Lead cross-functional, multi-site improvement projects with measurable business impact • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams • Support organizational change management and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide leadership and influence within matrixed, global organizations

Job Requirements

  • Advanced degree plus 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management
  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in inventory control procedures and financial management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-site and cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
