Job Description
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics/operations management or a similar On-Site coordinator role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels (text, email, calls). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to manage on-site operations and travel as needed.
- Prior military experience or experience coordinating emergency management vehicle logistics/movement preferred.
- Flexibility with travel, often on short notice.
- This position requires 75% travel throughout the United States and occasionally in Canada. A valid passport is required. The ideal candidate will live within 30 minutes of an international airport.
- Must be on-site as necessary.
