We’re looking for a Platform & Data Engineer to design and deliver internal solutions that improve how data and workflows are structured across the business. This role combines architecture thinking, data automation, and end-to-end delivery—ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, ambiguity, and shipping sustainable solutions.
- Own the architecture and delivery of scalable internal solutions (end-to-end, not just concepts)
- Translate business needs into clear technical designs and working systems
- Build and improve data pipelines, integrations, and automation
- Establish clean foundations for data reliability, reporting, and operational tooling
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Germany and the US
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience building and delivering data/platform/process solutions, ideally in a fast-moving environment

- Strong skills in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of data architecture, system design, and integration patterns
- Comfortable working with ownership and autonomy
- Fluent professional English (spoken + written)
Requirements
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or other regulated/financial domains
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data tooling
