You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive growth within our existing customer base, cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding each customer's business, aligning on their goals, and demonstrating how our platform helps them achieve measurable success.
This is not your typical hunter sales role—your focus will be on long-term value, customer partnership, and collaborative growth.

- Maintain accurate forecasts, updates and overall app hygiene within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in account executive, customer success, or renewal-focused quota carrying sales roles.
- Proven history to meet or exceed expansion and renewal targets.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ); skilled at building trust and handling objections diplomatically.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to leverage customer data and product usage insights.
- Comfortable with multi-sku and multi-year contract terms and commercial discussions.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex deal cycles in a team selling environment.
- Understanding of HR and CFO buyer personas across multiple industries.
- Experience navigating upsell and renewal negotiations.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies.
- Experience selling to C-level executives.
- Understanding of enterprise business challenges and navigating market trends.
Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this full-time position is $144,951 to $177,162. The base salary is determined by role and level, and the base salary will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for commission payments.
Benefits
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage (including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and disability insurances).
- Lyra for Lyrians; coaching and therapy services.
- Equity in the company through discretionary restricted stock units.
- Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidays.
- Paid parental leave.
- 401K retirement benefits.
- Monthly tech allowance.
- We like to spread joy throughout the year with well-being perks and activities, surprise swag, free food, regular community celebration…and more!
