Job Requirements
- 5+ years Workday HCM experience
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Talent Management, with familiarity across other modules.
- Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or related field, equivalent experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
- Workday Pro certification is preferred.
