Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Dog Trainer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing structured educational training programs for our app users, improving training content quality, and supporting the product and content teams with expert insights.

The role is full-time for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

  • Certification in dog training
  • 3+ years of professional experience in behavior modification, dog training, and basic obedience using a positive reinforcement approach
  • Proven experience designing structured training programs for dogs across different age groups and behavioral challenges
  • Expertise in positive reinforcement methods
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Proactive, reliable, and passionate about delivering quality work

Requirements

  • Help develop clear step-by-step training programs tailored to different user personas and problem areas
  • Provide professional expertise to the Product team regarding dog training methodologies and common behavioral challenges faced by clients
  • Create reports for Product team summarizing the most relevant research insights and proven training methodologies in the dog training field
  • Review content created by the Content team before it goes into production — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with training standards

Nice to have

  • Experience working in digital products / mobile apps / education platforms
  • Additional expertise in canine nutrition and overall dog health
