About the role - you will:
As an HR AI Enablement Intern, you will contribute to the exploration and advancement of AI-powered solutions across the Employee Lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend human resources knowledge with emerging technologies to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and drive operational efficiency.
You will be an active member of our Activate AI in Your Work program, partnering with employees to identify opportunities for AI enablement within their workflows. You’ll help align AI solutions to solve real business challenges and contribute to the development and application of AI solutions, agents, and tools into real HR workflows to drive innovation, efficiency, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner and lead in the design and development of AI Agents and other AI-powered tools that enhance HR service delivery, decision support, and employee experience.
- Help plan, facilitate, and coach in AI learning sessions and workshops, enabling teams to explore and adopt AI capabilities in their own workflows.
- Coach and guide employees on how to use AI tools effectively and integrate AI solutions into their day-to-day work.
- Work directly with individuals and teams to examine workflows, identify opportunities to apply AI, and align solutions to business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to apply AI solutions to real-world challenges, such as automating routine tasks, improving data-driven insights, and enabling predictive capabilities.
- Help employees measure the value of AI use in their workflows, including assessing impact on efficiency, experience, and outcomes.
- Explore ethical and responsible AI practices in the context of people data and HR decision-making.

Strong GenAI, analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to learn and innovate are essential.
Your experience includes:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems (mix of HR and IT) and returning to school in Fall 2026.
- Bonus: SAP or other Human Capital Management technology experience.

The estimated base wage range for this position is $22.00-24.00/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible Interns, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan. Seagate also offers Interns 12 paid holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave. The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
