Job Description

• Own data analysis for Xsolla's new B2C apps and websites, generating insights that optimize how we reward and engage users. • Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analysis — including product funnel mapping, user cohort analysis, and behavioral data modeling — to improve user experience and drive growth and engagement. • Define KPIs for the product and build automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business. • Design, orchestrate, and analyze multivariate product experiments to drive growth, improve existing features, and test new areas of opportunity. • Apply advanced analytics techniques — including machine learning — to uncover player insights, forecast economic trends, and support monetization strategies, while ensuring outputs remain interpretable and actionable for stakeholders. • Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build business cases and forecasts for new feature development.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps.
  • Fluency in SQL with demonstrated ability to work with highly dimensional and complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency with Statsig or comparable A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.
