Job Description

• Collecting, standardizing, and validating product and fitment data across internal systems and customer channels. • Maintain and manage catalog data using ACES & PIES standards, ensuring accuracy and compatibility with industry databases (VCdb, PAdb, PCdb, Qdb). • Monitor catalog integrity, identify data gaps or conflicts, and assist in resolving coverage issues. • Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to assess competitive coverage and suggest opportunities for new applications. • Assist in the distribution and QA of digital assets such as product images and marketing content for PIM and customer deliverables. • Conduct routine data audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with automotive product catalogs, application data, or ACES & PIES mapping.
  • Proficiency with PIM systems (e.g., PartCat) and a working knowledge of fitment data, attributes, and product hierarchies.
  • Familiarity with vehicle databases (VCdb, PAdb, etc.) and digital asset management tools.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and application nuances.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail—especially under deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer support.
