• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for product integrations and architectural touchpoints between Five9 and Google GECX. • Own a deep understanding of how Five9 integrates with Google’s GECX AI and contact center portfolio. • Maintain hands-on knowledge of joint capabilities, constraints, roadmap dependencies, and integration patterns across both platforms. • Act as the technical authority on how Google GECX AI services enhance the Five9 platform, including conversational AI, agent assist, analytics, transcription, automation, and routing intelligence. • Stay current on Google’s AI and platform roadmap, proactively identifying new integration opportunities, competitive differentiation, technical risks or gaps impacting GTM execution. • Help shape Five9’s point of view on Google AI adoption within enterprise contact centers. • Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Five9–Google joint solution, including cloud infrastructure considerations, data flows and APIs, identity and access management, security, compliance, and scalability. • Provide expert guidance on integration design, deployment models, and enterprise-grade architecture for partners and customers. • Act as a trusted advisor during solution validation, proof-of-concepts, and technical design reviews.
