- 5+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins)
- Deep understanding of CMS MITA, HIPAA, and MARS-E
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Management, or a related field
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) preferred
- Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred
- Quality Management (ISO, Six Sigma) preferred

This role involves specializing in the pre-sales design and recommendation of advanced liquid cooling architectures for high-density environments, acting as the subject matter expert for direct liquid cooling and cooling distribution units. The architect will lead technology execution, develop standardized deliverables, train teams, and guide sales efforts to ensure optimal thermal management solutions are delivered.
The consultant conducts high-level technical evaluations and loss analysis for complex policyholders in a consultative role, identifying exposures and controls. They deliver technical services and develop service strategies in collaboration with underwriting and agency partners.
