Role Description

Job Duck is seeking a driven and personable Virtual Intake Specialist who thrives at the intersection of client service and sales. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Your daily work will directly impact lead conversion and client experience by managing calls, booking consultations, and maintaining accurate records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to feedback, and values structured processes.   • Monthly salary range: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients
  • Book and confirm consultations accurately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Update and maintain CRM records consistently
  • Support daily intake operations to meet booking KPIs
  • Perform administrative tasks including opening files
  • Complete data entry with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist or in a customer service role
  • Experience in sales required
  • Availability to work one or two days over the weekend required
  • Excellent English skills
  • Sales-oriented communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and active listening
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Compassionate and client-focused mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly and receive feedback
  • Team-oriented with a respectful work style
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday/Saturday (comfortable with working one or two days on the weekends)
  • Expected call volume: High volume (45+ daily)
