Role Description
ACE is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and elevate our safety program across all active projects. In construction, safety isn’t a priority — it’s a standard. This role is responsible for driving a culture where every employee and trade partner goes home safe, every day.
The Safety Manager partners closely with project leadership and field teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and continuously improve how we plan and execute work safely.
- Lead and promote a proactive, safety-first culture across all projects
- Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections and audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide safety preplanning for upcoming work and high-risk activities
- Train crews on safe work practices and company safety standards
- Investigate accidents and near-misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to develop safer work methods
- Evaluate and monitor subcontractor safety performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- 5+ years of construction safety experience OR equivalent field experience in commercial construction safety
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety best practices required

Work Environment
- Remote-based role with frequent visits to active construction sites
