The Director is responsible for the overall revenue and profit growth of the Commercial & Institutional vertical, driving growth through cross-functional collaboration, market penetration strategies, and talent development. This includes leading a team of 7-12 salespeople and developing/executing the vertical's Go to Market Strategic Plan.
This role focuses on growing business and increasing market share within an assigned segment by leading the creation and implementation of innovative sales strategies, primarily targeting new customer acquisition while also managing existing business won. Responsibilities include analyzing markets, meeting sales targets, retaining customers by demonstrating value, and developing key customer relationships through proactive engagement and identifying root issues.
