Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales—ideally within the fitness, health-tech, or SaaS industries.
- At least 4 years of experience presenting to and negotiating with C-Suite leadership at major national organizations.
- A deep, existing network within the North American fitness and wellness landscape.
- Ability to use data to tell a story and understand the unit economics of a partnership.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding high-seven-figure revenue targets and managing complex, multi-layered sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
