Job Description
The Mission
For over 10 years, New Law Business Model (NLBM) has been on a mission to liberate lawyers from outdated, soul-crushing practice models. We provide the heart-centered framework—Life & Legacy Planning®—and the high-octane membership products required to build thriving, relational firms. With a community of 800+ Personal Family Lawyer® firms nationwide, we leverage elite AI and automation to amplify humanity, delivering the practical education, tools, and "done-for-you" systems lawyers need to reclaim their time and build a lasting legacy. We obsess over real-world outcomes, not just vibes, to ensure our members move from survival mode to true flourishing.
The Hook
This role is for someone who can take expertise and turn it into a learning experience that changes behavior. You’ll love it if you’re equal parts curriculum architect + builder, and you care about the product experience: flow, clarity, implementation, and results.
You should not apply if you prefer academic theory over practical outcomes, or if you don’t like owning deliverables end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own curriculum design and development for Memberships—creating the learning pathways and assets members use to execute.
Pillar 1: Curriculum architecture + build
Design, author, and refine curriculum modules, templates, and supporting resources.
Translate learning objectives and customer success outcomes into structured learning experiences.
Maintain consistency across tiers and product components.
Pillar 2: Member experience (instructional UX)
Ensure the curriculum is easy to navigate and implement (not just “good content”).
Partner with Product to align curriculum to roadmap, launches, and member feedback.
Improve accessibility, clarity, and sequencing so members can take action.
Pillar 3: Operational excellence
Maintain production cadence and quality standards.
Coordinate required processes (including accreditation/admin workflows where relevant).
Run feedback loops: audit content, incorporate coaching insights, iterate quickly.
What “Success” Looks Like
Members actually use what you build (high engagement, completion, and satisfaction).
The curriculum feels cohesive, modern, and implementation-first.
You ship reliably, and improvements happen continuously—not once per year.
Who You Are
Must-haves
Proven ability to design curriculum that drives real-world outcomes (adult learning / behavior change).
Strong writing and content development skills.
High standards for clarity, structure, and usability.
Comfort owning projects end-to-end and iterating based on feedback.
Collaborative working style with strong internal communication.
Assets (nice-to-haves)
Experience with membership products, cohort programs, or coaching-enabled learning.
Comfort with video scripts/storyboarding, template systems, or resource libraries.
Familiarity with professional services education (legal a bonus, not required).
Why Join NLBM?
100% Remote Work at a Profitable, Growing Company
Recession-Proof Industry, Product, and Audience
Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
401K Retirement Program
Flexible Paid Time Off
Opportunities for Career Growth and Leadership Development
Be Part of a Mission-Driven Company Transforming the Legal Industry
At NLBM, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, scale your career in leadership, and be part of a passionate, supportive team driving innovation and change.
This role operates under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model. Employees are expected to provide their own computer and internet connection, meeting minimum requirements (including at least 16GB RAM) to perform work duties. The company provides required software and system access, and reimburses reasonable and necessary business expenses as required by law.
New Law Business Model is an equal opportunity organization. We value a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. All qualified practitioners are encouraged to apply.
