Job Description

• Manage end-to-end technical execution for pricing capabilities • Ensure Pricing tools and framework are aligned, automated, and scalable across global Sales and marketing processes • Partner closely with Pricing Strategy, Deal Teams, Data Science, and DT engineering teams to translate business strategy into technical requirements • Orchestrate delivery across complex systems and data flows • Ensure seamless integration between pricing models, analytics, approvals workflows, and customer-facing tools • Drive standard work, data quality, and continuous improvement • Direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements • Mentor junior team members • Expert in Agile Methodology: Coaches others

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical product management
  • Technical expertise: SFDC experience/exposure
  • Strong knowledge of software design, coding principles and visualization
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with versatile implementation options
  • Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
  • Has the ability to analyze the impact of technology choices
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team
