Role Description

This role involves recruiting for a global talent platform, specifically focusing on the US market with an emphasis on legal roles.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment primarily for the United States market, focusing on sourcing and placing legal professionals.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, social media, and global job boards to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and talent strategies.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas.
  • Follow Sperton’s recruitment processes, routines, and systems to ensure consistency and quality in hiring.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the US market.
  • Proven experience hiring for legal roles within the US.
  • Strong track record of delivering hires across multiple regions and industries.
  • Comfortable working independently in a global, remote environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
