Role Description
This role involves recruiting for a global talent platform, specifically focusing on the US market with an emphasis on legal roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment primarily for the United States market, focusing on sourcing and placing legal professionals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, social media, and global job boards to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and talent strategies.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas.
- Follow Sperton’s recruitment processes, routines, and systems to ensure consistency and quality in hiring.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the US market.
- Proven experience hiring for legal roles within the US.
- Strong track record of delivering hires across multiple regions and industries.
- Comfortable working independently in a global, remote environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
