• Contribute to global accounting operations projects focused on automation, reconciliation consistency and SAP reporting improvements • Support global accounting standardization by gathering data, comparing accounting treatments across regions, and assisting with policy documentation • Assist Accounts Payable process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, Concur enhancements, and T&E/AP metric tracking • Perform data cleanup and analysis to support standard costing, system improvements, and broader finance transformation initiatives • Participate in monthly accounting close tasks, including basic journal entry preparation or reconciliation support • Help document processes and identify areas for improvement in workflows and controls • Support internal and external audits by gathering data and performing sample testing • Build professional skills in Excel, ERP navigation, data analysis, and business communication
